The Bato Yard, one of the biggest and best skate parks  in Australia, will be officially opened at Bateau Bay this Sunday starting at 10 am.

The Bato caters to all ages and levels of skill, from beginners to professionals, with the deepest bowl in Australia at 3.6 metres!

This iconic site also includes a competition street area, additional street plaza, a unique flow bowl for beginner to intermediate riders, large spectator areas and a large stage area with multimedia for events.

Its a fantastic community asset and already enormously popular. Congratulations to the designers and the Central Coast Council on making a world class community facility.
