On Monday 9 May 2016, a special general meeting for all members of the Wamberal Action Group will be held at the Breakers Country Club at 64 Dover Road, Wamberal NSW 2260 unless otherwise advised.

The purpose of the meeting is to vote on two special resolutions:

1. To change the name of the Wamberal Action Group to the Wamberal Community Group and make any associated changes as required.
2. To change the constitution in accordance with Schedule 1 of the Associations Incorporation Act 2009.

If three quarters of the members in attendance vote for the resolutions, then applications to register the changes will be lodged with Department of Fair Trading’s Registry Services within 28 days of the special resolutions being passed.

The chairperson will announce the results of the vote at the meeting and the results entered into the minutes.
