Council wants to sell two important parks in Wamberal for development:
- 182 Ocean View Drive next to the Wamberal Memorial Hall
- Benjamin Parker Reserve in Dover Road.
Pioneers of Wamberal donated these parks for future generations to enjoy some open space for play, picnics and rest.
And concern is growing across the region about Councils motives as it secretly adds more and more parks for sale – 43 so far!
Find out what’s going on – and how you can help.
There is a special public meeting from 7 pm Tuesday 19 January 2016 at the Gosford Anglican Church in 3 Mann Street.
